Two consultation options to choose from
The Discovery Call (Over the Phone)
Once you’re on my booking portal, you’ll choose the consultation that best suits you.
The discovery call is perfect for guests who are curious about IBE® but not quite ready to commit. This complimentary, low-pressure 15-minute phone call is designed to answer your questions, walk you through how the method works, and help me understand your experience with extensions.
Because I’m not able to see your hair in person over the phone, I may not be able to provide an exact investment quote during the call. The discovery call is optional and is not required before booking your color match.
For an exact, personalized quote, the in-salon color match + consultation is required before booking your final installation.
The Color Match + Consultaton
This method is Ideal for guests who are ready to move forward with IBE® or are switching from another IBE® artist. This 45-minute complimentary consultation builds on everything we’d cover in a discovery call, and much more.
We’ll begin by discussing the method in full, then move into a thorough texture and color match to find your perfect blend. From there, we’ll map out your ideal placement for installation day, along with a placement plan that protects your natural hair as it continues to grows. I’ll also snap a few photos so I can perfect your blend before install day.
Before you leave the chair, we’ll walk through everyday maintenance together so you know exactly how to care for your extensions at home. You’ll leave with a personalized quote and next steps to schedule your transformation.
After booking
Whether we're meeting in person or virtually, you’ll receive a follow-up from me within the hour with a link to my digital consultation form.
This form helps me gather important details ahead of time so our conversation seamless and personalized from the start.
Please complete it with as much detail as possible. The more I know, the better I can customize your experience and track your progress along the way.
Securing your install day
After your in salon color match, you’ll receive a follow-up email with a summary of everything we discussed along with your personalized quote and easy steps to book your installation.
If you already have a date in mind, my booking system can hold it for 24 hours while you complete your 50% retainer. If you need a little more time, no worries! Just reach out, and we’ll find a timeline that works for you.
Your custom quote is valid for 90 days following your consultation. After that, I’ll be happy to provide an updated quote.
